A few days ago I ended up calling a certified HVAC contractor to help with my home! Furnace ignitor went out in the dead of winter, and it was a real headache.
What I learned from that was that it pays to do your research ahead of time.
My property manager uses a dependable HVAC hotline that dispatches locally anywhere in the US! They were exactly what I needed and they even gave me maintenance tips to prevent it happening again!
What I really liked was the dispatcher kept me updated on the tech arrival time!
